For this Penthouse Suite, Southern Cross Projects designed, manufactured, and installed a large, temperature-controlled, solid Ashwood timber wine cellar that held a maximum capacity of 9,500 wine bottles. Alongside the wine cellar, Southern Cross Projects were tasked with designing, manufacturing, and installing a bespoke home bar that matched the style and design. With integrated appliances, LED lighting, glass shelving, and Caesarstone tops, Southern Cross Projects managed to replicate the wine cellar’s aesthetic and bring a signature flair to the bar that provided the client the perfect venue to cater to their sommelier associates.

The Southern Cross Team was tasked with creating a huge, bespoke wine cellar to hold thousands of wine bottles for a luxury penthouse cellar. Our team conceptionalised and created a remarkable, temperature controlled wine cellar using solid Ashwood timber to house a maximum of 9,500 wine bottles.
