Mercedes Benz requested Southern Cross Projects to take on a complete turnkey refurbishment project for their new head offices. Collaborating with professional architects, three floors were refurbished with signature designed, manufactured, and installed joinery. Southern Cross Projects spearheaded the project from the design phase through to the on-site installation of custom joinery, furniture, integrated lighting, plumbing & electrical, and decorating. Southern Cross Projects completely revamped the office space with elegant wood slatted walls, high contrast wood, stone and metal coffee stations, minimalist kitchenettes, upholstered benches, numbered steel allocated lockers, a custom checkered display unit, and integrated LED lighting throughout. With the complete overhaul finalised, the office now possesses a professional and comfortable aesthetic. With an amalgamation of joinery, materials, styles, and functions this large-scale office refurbishment truly evokes high class elegance, professionalism, and a comfortable environment for all its members.

Custom Joinery
The Southern Cross Team designed and created a variety of custom joinery to accentuate the Mercedes Benz office refurbishment. This included stunning upholstery, professional office lockers, stylish reception countertops and a range of custom-built furniture.
Custom Cabinetry
Additionally, our team created sophisticated custom cabinetry for the office kitchenette, including built in cupboards using the highest quality materials to create an entirely bespoke and modern space.
Vinyl Flooring & Carpeting
All elements of the refurbishment were taken into account by our team, who fitted custom vinyl flooring that maximised functionality and completed the aesthetic of the office, alongside carpeted areas for versatility.
Painting & Decorating
All painting and decorating was handled by our team who incorporated modern, sophisticated décor and neutral paint work to create a clean, fresh space their staff and clients would love.
