Southern Cross Projects formulated a streamlined turnkey refurbishment process to design, manufacture and install the bathrooms with a welcoming, modern, and sleek aesthetic. Southern Cross Projects collaborated with Mercedes Benz to carry out the scope of work during operational hours in order to accomplish the project requirements without disrupting the business’s operational procedures within the allocated project deadline. Southern Cross Projects completed the scope of work efficiently, and the facilities possessed an immaculate aesthetic with premium Italian sanitaryware & tiling, bespoke caesarstone vanities, new installed ceilings, and mirrors with custom LED icon insets.

Scope Of Work
Plumbing
Our team completed the basic plumbing work to begin the project, including the first and second fix. During this time, we arranged the pipework for heating, water supply, and water waste. From there we connected the necessary appliances and ensured all sanitary ware was correctly fitted.
Electrical & Mechanical
First and Second fix Electrical refers to the work we conducted, installing all required electrical components required for the specific electrical scope, alongside installing the final finished designer lighting of choice.
Tiling
We helped choose a sophisticated tile that created a larger feel to the space, while also retaining the sleek and elegant style. The tiles were fitted by the Southern Cross Team to accentuate the premium Italian sanitaryware installed.
Suspended Ceilings
Our team designed and manufactured a custom, sleek suspended ceiling to add levels to the bathroom and create a truly unique space that felt equally spacious as well as homely and welcoming.
Bespoke Joinery (Custom Doors)
The Southern Cross Projects team designed and manufactured stunning custom timber doors using the finest quality materials. All doors were custom designed to tie in with the sleek bathroom design and premium Italian appliances.
Bespoke Cabinetry (Bathroom Vanities)
Storage space was a priority for this client. Our team collaborated to create large custom vanities, built for a variety of storage requirements to house all personal belongings and bathroom essentials, while still maintaining the sleek, modern look favoured by the client.
